When will I Receive my order?

In general, most print and canvas orders are processed, produced and shipped within 3-4 business days and typically arrive in 5-7 business days.  Metal prints and mat and frame orders are usually produced in 4-5 days, arriving in 6-8 business days. Acrylic prints have an 8 day production time. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however please note that these options do not reduce processing time.

What is your return policy?

I strive to provide you with a very clear picture of what you will be getting, with the ability to zoom into images, and features like Wall Preview, and even Live Preview AR throughout this store website. So I have to insist that all sales are final. Exceptions are made of course for any damage during shipping. Please contact me, and I will make arrangements for a replacement.

What WHAT SIZE PRINT DO I NEED?

In general, The finished size of the piece, including mat and frame, should cover between 2/3 and 3/4 of the area. This is true of a blank wall, or over a piece of furniture like a sofa or head board. Don't be afraid to go big! Larger sizes can make a statement on your wall, and make a great visual impact.

I Can't find my favorite debbie shiffer image in the gallery. Can i still order a print?

Yes! If there is another image that you are interested in, but don't see in the gallery, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am happy to arrange custom orders.
